Globe 50ml screw cap tubes are leak-resistant and ideal for centrifugation, transport, storage, and collection of specimens. The tubes have a conical bottom with a skirt, featuring white printed graduation marks and a white frosted writing area. They are available in sterile, non-sterile, and metal-free versions, with sterile tubes being RNase/DNase and pyrogen free. The dimensions of the tubes are 30 x 115 mm, and they are made from polypropylene (PP), while the cap is constructed from high density polyethylene (HDPE). The tubes are autoclavable without the screw cap and can withstand a spin rate of up to 5000 RPM (6,160 x g).
