Globe Scientific PCR plates are available in multiple formats, including no skirt, half skirt, and full skirt, with volumes of 0.1ml (low profile) and 0.2ml, as well as 384 well variants. These PCR plates are designed to be compatible with most commercially available PCR and qPCR instruments. The ultra-thin wall design (0.2mm thick) ensures optimal temperature transfer, while ultra-clear wells provide easy sample visualization. Each plate features easy-to-read alphanumeric indexing and is manufactured from high-clarity, ultra-pure polypropylene, compliant with FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and USP Class VI. They are certified free of detectable DNase, RNase, human DNA, and PCR inhibitors, and have been tested to be pyrogen-free. The plates also include raised well rims for optimal sealing with strip caps, sealing mats, or sealing film. Various formats are available, including no skirt, half skirt, and full skirt options in 0.1ml low profile, standard 0.2ml, and 384 well variants, with barcoding options available as a special order.
