Globe Scientific PCR plates are available in various formats, including no skirt, half skirt, and full skirt variants, with volume options of 0.1ml (low profile) and 0.2ml, as well as 384 well configurations. These plates are designed for compatibility with most commercially available PCR and qPCR instruments. They feature an ultra-thin wall design (0.2mm thick) for optimal temperature transfer and ultra-clear wells for easy sample visualization. The plates ensure compatibility across a broad range of thermal cyclers and include easy-to-read alphanumeric indexing. They are manufactured from high-clarity, ultra-pure polypropylene, meeting FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and USP Class VI standards, and are certified free of detectable DNase, RNase, human DNA, and PCR inhibitors, while also being tested pyrogen-free. Additionally, raised well rims facilitate optimal sealing with strip caps, sealing mats, or sealing film.
