Globe Scientific PCR plates are designed to meet diverse laboratory needs with a variety of formats, including no skirt, half skirt, and full skirt variants, available in 0.1ml (low profile) and 0.2ml volumes, along with 384 well variants. These plates are compatible with most commercially available PCR and qPCR instruments, ensuring broad usability. Key features include an ultra-thin wall design (0.2mm thick) for optimal temperature transfer and ultra-clear wells for easy sample visualization. They are manufactured from high-clarity, ultra-pure polypropylene, meeting FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and USP Class VI standards, and are certified free of detectable DNase, RNase, human DNA, and PCR inhibitors, as well as tested for being pyrogen-free. The design features raised well rims for optimal sealing with strip caps, sealing mats, or sealing film. Additionally, easy-to-read alphanumeric indexing is included, and barcoding options are available as a special order.
