Globe Scientific PCR plates are available in a variety of formats, including no skirt, half skirt, and full skirt variants, with volume options of 0.1 ml (low profile) and 0.2 ml, along with 384 well variants to accommodate diverse laboratory needs. These PCR plates are compatible with most commercially available PCR and qPCR instruments and feature an ultra-thin wall design (0.2 mm thick) that ensures optimal temperature transfer. The ultra-clear wells enhance sample visualization, while the design accommodates a broad range of thermal cyclers. Additional attributes include easy-to-read alphanumeric indexing and construction from high-clarity, ultra-pure polypropylene, which meets FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and USP Class VI standards. They are certified free of detectable DNase, RNase, human DNA, and PCR inhibitors, and have been tested to be pyrogen-free. The raised well rims facilitate optimal sealing with strip caps, sealing mats, or sealing film.
