The AX Series exhaust fan is designed for industrial, commercial, and farming applications, featuring a sturdily constructed, direct drive, horizontal discharge design typically employed for general ventilation in factories, garages, warehouses, and other industrial or commercial buildings. It is available in multiple single-speed variations as well as two-speed and variable speed models, with housings constructed of heavy-duty aluminum that include built-in shutters which automatically open when the fan starts and gravity closes when the fan stops. The 8" - 24" models are equipped with heavy wire chrome plated OSHA guards on the intake side of the fan, while the 30", 36", and 42" models feature grey powder coated guards. Additionally, the fans include a totally enclosed air over motor with overload protection. An optional DCVolt motor is available for some models. The AX Series also offers various options such as speed controls, thermostats, front guards, and weather hoods. Fans up to 24" can ship via UPS.
