The AX series exhaust fan is designed for industrial, commercial, and farming applications, featuring a sturdily constructed, direct drive, horizontal discharge design that is ideal for the general ventilation of factories, garages, warehouses, and other similar settings. This series is available in multiple single-speed variations, as well as two-speed and variable speed models. The housings are made from heavy-duty aluminum and include built-in shutters that automatically open upon fan activation and close by gravity when the fan stops. Specific features include heavy wire chrome plated OSHA guards for the 8" - 24" models and grey powder coated guards for the 30", 36", and 42" models, with a totally enclosed air-over motor equipped with overload protection. Optional components available for the AX series include speed controls, thermostats, front guards, and weather hoods, and note that fans up to 24" can ship via UPS.
