Designed for industrial, commercial, and farming applications, the AX Series exhaust fan is a sturdily constructed, direct drive, horizontal discharge fan typically used for general ventilation of factories, garages, warehouses, and other industrial or commercial buildings. The AX fans are available in multiple single-speed variations, as well as two-speed and variable speed models. The housings of the AX Series are constructed of heavy-duty aluminum and feature built-in shutters that automatically open when the fan starts and gravity closes when the fan stops. Some models offer an optional DC volt motor. Key features include all-aluminum extrusions, heavy wire chrome plated OSHA guards for 8" - 24" models, and grey powder-coated guards for 30", 36", and 42" models. The fans are equipped with a totally enclosed air over motor with overload protection. Options available include speed controls, thermostats, a front guard, and weather hoods. Fans up to 24" can ship via UPS. The product comes with a warranty, providing assurance of quality and performance.
