The kit includes a high flow 100% synthetic spun bond media designed for exceptional moisture resistance, particulate release, and high strength and durability, making it ideal for use in pulse systems. The filter cartridge features an open/open configuration with dimensions of 14.4" outer diameter, 11.4" inner diameter, and a height of 26". It incorporates an 80/20 nano configuration (ICF-15) with 362 pleats at 1.46" spacing, providing a total filtration area of 190 square feet. The design includes an expansion on the inside and two poly bands on the outside, with no spiral adhesive used, and features a poly gasket with a 12.625" inner diameter. This filter cartridge is suitable for applications such as gas turbine inlet, paper dust, mineral processing, dry chemical processing, powder coating, fiberglass, weld smoke, fumes, and shot blasting.
