The high flow filter cartridge features 100% synthetic spun bond media with excellent moisture resistance, low particulate release, and high strength and durability. It is specifically designed for use in pulse filtration systems. The filter cartridge measures 14.4 inches outer diameter, 11.4 inches inner diameter, and 26 inches in height with an oval shape. It has 170 pleats spaced at 1.46 inches, providing a filtration area of 89 square feet. The construction includes expanded inner (in) and outer (out) 2-inch poly bands, contains no spiral adhesive, and is equipped with a poly gasket measuring 12.625 inches inner diameter. The 80/20 (ICF-12S) configuration makes it suitable for applications in gas turbine inlet filtration, paper dust removal, mineral processing, dry chemical processing, powder coating, fiberglass, weld smoke, fumes, and shot blasting environments.
