The Visual Alert Paddle Out outperforms traditional paddles in various lighting and weather conditions. State and local requirements determine the appropriate paddle size and reflectivity level. This paddle features flashing LEDs that provide earlier visibility compared to non-LED paddles, with a stop legend utilizing red LEDs and a slow legend utilizing amber LEDs. It is MUTCD compliant and operates effectively in all weather conditions. The paddles include manual on/off buttons, with the 18" paddles also designed to turn on or off automatically when raised or lowered. The device operates for up to 65 hours continuously on 3 C cell batteries for the 18" model and 4 C cell batteries for the 24" model (batteries not included). It comes with a 1-year warranty.
