MTC Bio's 5ml Macrotube® cardboard freezer boxes are constructed from recyclable material with a liquid-resistant outer coating and are shipped fully assembled. They come in two versions: a 55 version that accommodates 25 x 5ml snap-cap tubes and a 66 version that holds 36 x 5ml screw-cap tubes. Each box is designed with liquid nitrogen drainage slots and features numbered grid markings in multiple locations, including the top, bottom, and sides. Key features include an attached hinged lid, alpha-numeric coding for easy identification, and a polycarbonate design that is compatible with 25 x 5ml tubes. The polycarbonate box is suitable for a usable temperature range of -196° to +121°.
