All PureAmp® PCR tubes and strips are precision manufactured to maintain tight dimensional tolerances of ultra-thin wall thickness, which enhances thermal transfer. The PureAmp® PCR plastics are certified free of RNase, DNase, DNA, and PCR inhibitors, and are constructed from heat-resistant medical-grade polypropylene. The PureAmp® 0.2 ml PCR tubes and strips are available in seven different configurations, including single tubes and eight strips, with options for domed caps and flat caps. Additionally, optically clear caps and white tubes are available to optimize fluorescence reflectivity for qPCR applications. The key features of these products include being RNase, DNase, DNA, and PCR inhibitor free, having ultra-thin, uniform wall thickness, and offering white and frosted tubes specifically designed to enhance qPCR results.
