These unbreakable, one-piece pipettes eliminate contaminated rubber bulbs, broken glass, and exposure to infectious materials. Made of ultra-clear, low density polyethylene (LDPE), they are ideal for microbiology, blood banking, hematology, immunology, and urinalysis applications. Sterile pipettes are excellent for tissue culture and feature a low-affinity surface that reduces sample, cell, or protein loss. The kit includes ten designs to accommodate varying lengths, bulb draws, pipette capacities, or number of drops per milliliter. Some models, such as P4113, P4117, P4121, P4122, and P4133, come with ultra-fine extended tips that enable extremely precise dispensing and access to narrow vessels. The pipettes can also be heat sealed for airtight sample storage, and their uniform drop size is suitable for reproducible spotting of gels and TLC plates, as well as dispensing into test plates, ID strips, PCR tubes, or 96 well plates.
