Ovation® pipettes feature a unique and patented ergonomic design that addresses posture, repetition, and force to significantly reduce strain and pain associated with pipetting, while ensuring superior accuracy and precision. The angled shape allows users to pipette at low arm and elbow heights, minimizing tension in the neck, shoulder, back, and elbow. Proper use of the Ovation pipette maintains the user's hand and wrist in a neutral position, as recommended by ergonomic experts. The kit includes features such as a contoured body shape and adjustable hook for a comfortable grip, spring-loaded tip acquisition for easy attachment with an audible "click," and a low force eject button for tip removal. Special filters in the nozzle prevent liquid aspiration into the pipettor, safeguarding it from contamination. The mechanical models feature two-stroke operation with either "click stop" or "quick set digital" volume adjustment ranging from 0.2 µL to 1000 µL, while electronic models offer custom volume presets, multi-dispensing, mixing, and serial diluting capabilities (0.5 µL to 1250 µL). Additional options include electronic macro models (5 mL and 10 mL) and 8 and 12 channel models. Single channel models come with a built-in micro tube cap opener, and the pipettes are color-coded for quick volume identification.
