Ovation® pipettes feature a unique and patented ergonomic design, specifically engineered to address issues related to posture, repetition, and force, thereby significantly reducing strain and discomfort associated with pipetting while ensuring superior accuracy and precision. Their angled shape allows for low arm and elbow positioning, alleviating tension and pain in the neck, shoulder, back, and elbow, while promoting a neutral hand and wrist position as recommended by ergonomic experts. The kit includes features such as a contoured body shape and adjustable hook for a comfortable grip, spring-loaded tip acquisition for easy tip attachment accompanied by an audible "click," and a low force eject button for effortless tip removal. Special filters in the nozzle prevent liquid aspiration into the pipettor, safeguarding against contamination. Ovation pipettes uniquely stand on their own, preventing tips from contacting the bench. Mechanical models offer two-stroke operation with "click stop" or "quick set digital" volume adjustments ranging from 0.2 µL to 1000 µL, while electronic models provide custom volume presets, multi-dispensing, mixing, and serial diluting capabilities ranging from 0.5 µL to 1250 µL. Electronic versions include macro 5 mL and 10 mL, as well as 8 and 12 multichannel models. Additionally, single channel models feature a built-in micro tube cap opener, and the pipettes are color-coded for quick and easy volume identification.
