Ovation® pipettes are designed with a unique and patented ergonomic shape that addresses posture, repetition, and force, significantly reducing strain and pain associated with pipetting while ensuring superior accuracy and precision. The angled design allows for low arm and elbow positioning, decreasing tension in the neck, shoulder, back, and elbow, while promoting a neutral hand and wrist position recommended by ergonomic experts. Key features include a contoured body shape and adjustable hook for a comfortable grip, spring-loaded tip acquisition requiring only a gentle push for attachment confirmed by an audible click, and easy tip ejection with a low force push of the button. Special filters in the nozzle prevent liquid aspiration into the pipettor, protecting it from contamination. Notably, Ovation pipettes can stand on their own, keeping tips off the bench regardless of interruptions. Mechanical models offer two-stroke operation with "click stop" or "quick set digital" volume adjustment ranging from 0.2 µL to 1000 µL, while electronic models provide custom volume presets, multi-dispensing, mixing, and serial diluting with a volume range of 0.5 µL to 1250 µL. Additional options include electronic macro models in 5 mL and 10 mL and electronic 8 and 12 multichannel configurations.
