Ovation® pipettes feature a unique and patented ergonomic design that effectively addresses posture, repetition, and force issues, significantly reducing strain and pain associated with pipetting while ensuring superior accuracy and precision. Their angled shape allows users to work with low arm and elbow height, minimizing tension and pain in the neck, shoulder, back, and elbow, while promoting a neutral hand and wrist position as recommended by ergonomic experts. The pipettes include a contoured body shape and an adjustable hook for a comfortable grip and custom fit. They utilize spring-loaded tip acquisition for easy attachment of tips, confirmed by an audible "click," and tips can be ejected easily with a gentle push of the button. Special filters in the nozzle prevent liquid aspiration into the pipettor, thus protecting it from contamination. Ovation pipettes uniquely stand on their own, ensuring that tips do not touch the bench. Mechanical models offer two-stroke operation with "click stop" or "quick set digital" volume adjustment ranging from 0.2 µL to 1000 µL, while electronic models include features such as custom volume presets, multi-dispensing, mixing, and serial diluting with a range of 0.5 µL to 1250 µL. Additional options include electronic macro models for 5 mL and 10 mL, as well as multichannel options for 8 and 12 channels. Single-channel models are equipped with a built-in micro tube cap opener and are color-coded for quick volume identification.
