Ovation® pipettes feature a patented ergonomic design that effectively addresses issues related to posture, repetition, and force, significantly reducing strain and pain associated with pipetting while ensuring superior accuracy and precision. The angled shape permits pipetting with a low arm and elbow position, which minimizes tension in the neck, shoulder, back, and elbow. Key features include a contoured body shape and adjustable hook for a comfortable grip and custom fit, spring-loaded tip acquisition for easy tip attachment confirmed by an audible "click," and a low-force eject button for easy tip ejection. Special filters in the nozzle prevent liquid from being aspirated into the pipettor, ensuring protection from contamination. Unique to Ovation, these pipettes can stand on their own, preventing tips from touching the bench. Mechanical models offer two-stroke operation with "click stop" or "quick set digital" volume adjustment (0.2L - 1000L), while electronic models provide custom volume presets, multi-dispensing, mixing, and serial diluting capabilities (0.5L - 1250L). Additional options include electronic macro models (5mL and 10mL) and electronic multichannel models (8 and 12). Single-channel models come with a built-in micro tube cap opener and are color-coded for quick volume identification.
