Elmadry TD drying units are designed for safe and efficient drying after ultrasonic cleaning, available in three sizes to accommodate commonly used ultrasonic cleaner baskets. These units feature a switchable hot air blower that operates at 70°C (158°F) and a cold air blower for drying sensitive parts, with an automatic shutdown feature to prevent overheating. The simple and fast operation includes a replaceable filter that ensures clean air enters the unit. The drying process typically involves rinsing parts after they are removed from the cleaner and then placing the basket with the parts into the Elmadry TD unit. When the vented cover is in place, the unit activates to create turbulence and vent moisture-laden air outside.
