Elmadry TD drying units are designed for safe and efficient drying after ultrasonic cleaning, available in three sizes to thoroughly and effectively dry parts removed from an ultrasonic cleaning bath. The units feature a switchable hot air blower capable of reaching temperatures up to 70°C (158°F) and a cold air blower for drying sensitive parts. They are equipped with an automatic shutdown function to prevent overheating, and the replaceable filter ensures that clean air enters the unit. These drying units are suitable for production, workshop, and service shops, accommodating various cleaning baskets from the Elma family of ultrasonic cleaners. A typical operation involves rinsing the parts after cleaning, placing the basket in the Elmadry TD unit, and activating it while the vented cover is in place to create turbulence and expel moisture-laden air. Additionally, after hot air drying, the unit can be switched to cold air to cool hot parts.
