The Elmasonic Select heated digital ultrasonic cleaner is a powerful and programmable device designed for optimizing parts cleaning, sample preparation, and solvent degassing. It features a large digital display and can store up to 4 programs for quick recall, ensuring reproducible results. The cleaner operates at 37 kHz and offers 5 ultrasonic modes: sweep, pulse, dynamic, eco, and degas. Sweep mode provides uniform cleaning through slight frequency variation, while pulse mode enables rapid mixing and dispersion. Dynamic mode optimizes cleaning for stubborn contaminants, and eco mode allows for gentle, nearly silent cleaning. Degas mode effectively removes trapped air and gas from solvents. The cleaner has a timer adjustable up to 6 hours and a heater that can reach temperatures up to 80°C (and can be displayed in °F). It features a microprocessor-controlled generator for consistent ultrasonic power, a bright digital display showing set and remaining time, set and actual temperature, ultrasonic mode, and program in use. At the end of the cycle, an audio/visual signal indicates completion. Models from 6 liters and up include a drain valve for easy access, and the tank cover can be flipped over for added convenience.
