The Elmasonic Select heated digital ultrasonic cleaner is a powerful and programmable device designed to optimize parts cleaning, sample preparation, and solvent degassing. It features five ultrasonic modes—Sweep, Pulse, Dynamic, Eco, and Degas—operating at a frequency of 37 kHz. Key features include a timer that can be set up to 6 hours, a heater with a maximum temperature of 80°C, and the ability to store up to four programs for quick recall. The ultrasonic cleaner is equipped with a large digital display that indicates set and remaining time, set and actual temperature, ultrasonic mode, and the program in use, along with an audio/visual signal upon cycle completion. The microprocessor-controlled generator ensures constant ultrasonic power by adjusting based on the load in the tank, providing reproducible performance. Models with a capacity of 6 liters and above are designed with a side drain valve for easy access. The temperature is adjustable from 25°C to 80°C, with options to switch the display to Fahrenheit, and the timer can be set from 1 minute to 6 hours. Additionally, the tank cover is designed to flip open for convenience.
