The Elmasonic Select heated digital ultrasonic cleaner is a powerful and programmable unit designed for optimizing parts cleaning, sample preparation, and solvent degassing. This ultrasonic cleaner features a large digital display and can store up to 4 programs for quick recall, ensuring reproducible results. It operates at 37 kHz and includes five ultrasonic modes: Sweep, Pulse, Dynamic, Eco, and Degas. The Sweep mode provides a continuous slight variation of frequency for uniform cleaning, while Pulse mode rapidly mixes and disperses samples. Dynamic mode combines Sweep and Pulse for optimized cleaning of stubborn contaminants, Eco mode offers low intensity for gentle cleaning, and Degas mode removes trapped air and gas from solvents. The timer can be set for up to 6 hours, and the heater can reach temperatures up to 80°C, adjustable from 25°C to 80°C (with a display option for °F). The bright digital display shows all operating parameters, including set and remaining time and temperature. An audio/visual signal indicates cycle completion. All models from 6 liters and above include a side drain valve for easy access, and the microprocessor-controlled generator maintains constant ultrasonic power, adjusting for varying loads in the tank. The tank cover is also designed to be flipped for convenience.
