The Elmasonic Select heated digital ultrasonic cleaner is a powerful and programmable cleaning solution designed for optimizing parts cleaning, sample preparation, and solvent degassing. This model features a large digital display that provides clear visibility of all operating parameters and can store up to 4 programs for quick recall and reproducible results. It operates at a frequency of 37 kHz and offers five ultrasonic modes: Sweep, Pulse, Dynamic, Eco, and Degas. The Sweep mode ensures uniform cleaning through slight frequency variation, while the Pulse mode rapidly mixes and dissolves samples. Dynamic mode enhances cleaning effectiveness for stubborn contaminants, and Eco mode offers low-intensity and nearly silent operation. Degas mode effectively removes trapped air and gas from solvents. The unit is equipped with a timer that can be set from 1 minute to 6 hours, and the temperature is adjustable from 25°C to 80°C with a display option for Fahrenheit. Additional features include an audio/visual signal at cycle completion and a microprocessor-controlled generator that maintains consistent ultrasonic power, adapting to varying loads in the tank.
