Elma Tec Clean S1 is a mildly acidic ultrasonic cleaning solution concentrate designed for the effective removal of corrosion from metal parts, plastics, and glass. It efficiently eliminates various contaminants, including oxide film, rust, lime, grease, oil, corrosion, and mineral deposits. The solution is fast, easy to use, thorough, versatile, economical, and biodegradable. Users have successfully cleaned a wide range of items, such as electronic parts with oxidation and corrosion, scuba diving gear, saltwater fishing gear, copper and brass decorative items, hard water film on ultrasonic cleaning tanks, lab sieves, lime and calcium-encrusted plumbing fixtures, musical instruments, and rusty tools. The concentrate can be diluted to a range of 1 to 5% with water, with a 2.5-liter container yielding up to 15 gallons of 5% ultrasonic cleaning solution. Each batch can be reused until its effectiveness diminishes, after which it should be disposed of according to local regulations. Typical ultrasonic cleaning time with Elma Tec Clean S1 is approximately 2 minutes.
