Aqua-Max™ APB30 is designed to boost domestic water pressure in residential homes by 30 PSI to all fixtures and sprinkler heads, especially in areas where the city, town, or well water provides insufficient pressure. This system automatically activates when water is drawn and deactivates when demand ceases, preventing short cycling. The pressure increase occurs after water demand ends, and the unit features simple installation, as it can be plumbed into the incoming water line and connected to a 115V wall fixture. The compact design measures 14" x 14" x 11", allowing for easy installation. The unit operates quietly due to its totally enclosed fan-cooled motor, and its stainless steel construction ensures corrosion resistance and reliability. It includes composite control with reinforced brass connections, a built-in check valve to prevent backflow, and a mounting base that can be attached to either the floor or wall. Additionally, the wash down enclosures for the control and motor are sealed to prevent water entry, and it features drain and fill plugs for quick filling and venting. The pump is rated at 1/2 HP and consumes 3.3 amps.
