The Moldex 2400N95 2400 Series N95 Particulate Respirators provide effective respiratory protection and feature a 100% PVC-free design. Each bag contains 10 respirators that include an added carbon layer to filter out nuisance levels of ozone and organic vapors below the OSHA permissible exposure limit. These respirators are suitable for use against most welding fumes that are free of oil. The design incorporates an exhale valve that allows for easier breathing and helps maintain a cool environment for the wearer. Additionally, the exclusive Dura-Mesh® shell is engineered to resist collapsing in high heat and humidity conditions. The molded nose bridge, equipped with a soft foam nose cushion, enhances wearer comfort, while the SoftSpun® lining contributes to both comfort and durability. The facepiece is naturally contoured to eliminate pressure points, and the product meets heat and flame resistance standards as outlined in ANSI/ISEA 110-2003 Section 7.11.1.
