The Carrier WeatherMaker® rooftop units (RTU) with EcoBlue™ technology are designed for optimal performance and ease of installation, featuring models up to 6 tons specifically crafted to fit on Carrier roof curbs installed since 1989, eliminating the need for curb adapters or changes to utility connections. These single-stage units achieve SEER ratings up to 14.0 and IEER ratings up to 15.2, with the versatility of either vertical or horizontal airflow. Constructed for user-friendliness, these units include "no-strip" screw collars and handled access panels for simple maintenance and installation. Additionally, all WeatherMaker units are field-convertible to horizontal airflow, providing flexibility for unexpected job-site challenges. The lightweight design facilitates easy replacement, and the plug-in connections to the integrated unit control board (UCB) are clearly labeled to minimize installation time.
