The 58SB01/58SB1A 4-way multipoise gas furnaces with 80% AFUE feature Carrier's Quietech™ noise reduction system for quiet induced draft operation. These furnaces include a microprocessor-based control center with enhanced diagnostics via LED and reflective sight glass, and they store fault codes during power outages. Key attributes consist of adjustable heating air temperature rise, adjustable cooling airflow, a power heat igniter, and a draft safeguard switch to ensure proper venting. The inner door contributes to tighter sealing, enhancing installation flexibility. The furnaces support a 4-way multipoise design with 13 different venting options and are compatible with the Hybrid Heat® dual fuel system. Their compact design measures only 33-1/3 in. (847 mm) in height, and they are propane convertible with a gas conversion accessory, along with convenient air purifier and humidifier connections.
