The air cleaner is designed to attach to any forced air heating or cooling system and features an impressive standard MERV 11 filtration rate, which enhances the efficiency of your HVAC equipment while providing protection against airborne particulates, allergens, dust, and dander. It effectively cleans the air throughout your home whenever the heating or cooling system is operating. The unit is equipped with an easy filter cartridge replacement system and is sized appropriately for air handlers and furnaces. The cabinet and door are constructed from Reflectix® R-4.2 insulated material, ensuring minimal pressure drop at 0.181" @ 492 FPM. The air cleaner is upgradeable to MERV 15 and utilizes standard size media. It includes a duct/equipment mounting gasket and a door cleaner, with an easy filter size identifier printed on the door label. The robust construction features solid 22 gauge galvanized steel, and the product is proudly made in the USA.
