The air cleaner is designed to attach to any forced air heating or cooling system, featuring an impressive standard MERV 11 filtration rate that helps maintain high efficiency levels of HVAC equipment while protecting the home from airborne particulates, allergens, dust, and dander. It effectively cleans the air in the entire home each time the heating or cooling system operates. The unit allows for easy filter cartridge replacement and is sized appropriately for air handlers and furnaces. It includes a Reflectix® R-4.2 insulated cabinet and door, ensuring low pressure drop at 0.181 inches at 492 feet per minute. The air cleaner is upgradeable to MERV 15 and utilizes standard size media. Additional components include a duct/equipment mounting gasket and door cleaner, with an easy filter size identifier printed on the door label. The solid cabinet is constructed from 22 gauge galvanized steel and is proudly made in the USA.
