The oven is crafted from high-quality, hygienic, and easy-to-clean stainless steel, featuring advanced ventilation and control technology, over-temperature protection, and accurately tuned heating elements. It includes a mechanical temperature limiter TB with protection class 1 according to DIN 12880 that switches off heating approximately 20°C above the nominal temperature. Additionally, it is equipped with an over-temperature monitor TWW with protection class 3.1 or an adjustable temperature limiter TWB with protection class 2, selectable on the display. The oven complies with DIN 12880 standards, ensuring reliable, safe operation.
