This universally applicable appliance features a high-quality, hygienic, and easy-to-clean stainless steel construction, with advanced ventilation and control technology. It includes an adjustable electronic over temperature monitor and a mechanical temperature limiter TB with protection class 1 according to DIN 12880, which switches off the heating approximately 20°C above the nominal temperature. The oven ensures accurate temperature control and safety for various material tests and scientific processes.
