This high-quality appliance features a hygienic, easy-to-clean stainless steel interior and offers advanced temperature control with an adjustable electronic over temperature monitor and a mechanical temperature limiter TB, providing protection class 1 according to DIN 12880 by switching off the heating approximately 20° C above the nominal temperature.
