Engineered for performance and significant water conservation, Zurn's AquaVantage AV exposed sensor diaphragm flush valves are designed for hands-free applications, featuring a contemporary, streamlined design that ensures high-level performance and long-lasting savings. Each flushometer includes a quiet triple-filter diaphragm to prevent water contaminants from clogging the system, a mechanical manual override button, and a 1-1/4" top spud. The sensor is battery-powered with a 3-year battery life, utilizing easily replaceable batteries for uninterrupted operation. The ZER6001AV-WS1-CPM model has a standard flush volume of 1.0 GPF and an 11-1/2" rough-in, complemented by a chrome-plated metal cover for durability. The series incorporates the Go Blue diaphragm, made from thermoplastic elastomer material that outlasts standard materials by 10 times. Customizable options include GPF flush volume and cover material, making it suitable for commercial retrofits or new construction projects. The valve features a polished exterior, Zurn's AquaVantage TPE, chloramine-resistant, dual-seal diaphragm with clog-resistant, triple-filtered bypass. It also integrates a 6VDC motor actuator, high-impact resistant polycarbonate housing, chrome-plated metal cover with manual override push button and a 10-degree angled sensor. Additional features include a high back pressure vacuum breaker, one-piece hex coupling nut, adjustable tailpiece, spud coupling, and flange for top spud connection. The ControlStop has internal siphon-guard protection, a vandal-resistant stop cap, a sweat solder kit, and a cast wall flange with a set screw. Internal seals are made from chloramine-resistant materials.
