Zurn AquaSense® faucets with thermostatic mixing valve are designed for high-use applications requiring durability and hands-free operation. These ADA compliant, battery-powered faucets feature a polished chrome-plated cast brass body equipped with an infrared proximity sensor, suitable for both retrofit and new construction. The unit includes a standard 0.5 GPM aerator and mounting hardware. The Zurn Lead Free (-XL) line is constructed to meet the requirements of Section 1417 of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), ensuring a weighted average lead content of no more than 0.25% of the wetted surface. Key features include an infrared convergence-type proximity sensor, a 30-second time out feature, an in-line filter, and the ability to operate using 4 "AA" batteries, or be connected via plug-in or hardwired options. Compliance and certifications include low-lead compliance, ADA compliance, ASME A112.18.1/CSA B125.1, and WaterSense® certification. The faucet is backed by a 3-year warranty.
