The Guardian Equipment pedestal mounted eye wash, model G1825HFC, features a stainless steel bowl and includes hand and foot control options. This free-standing eyewash unit is equipped with two GS-Plus™ spray-type spray heads that deliver a flood of water for effective eye rinsing. Each spray head is designed with a flip-top dust cover, internal flow control, and a filter to ensure the removal of impurities from the water flow. The assembly includes a 1/2" IPS chrome plated brass stay-open ball valve, which is US-made and features a chrome plated brass ball with PTFE seals. The bowl has a diameter of 11-1/2" and is constructed of stainless steel (G1825), mounted on schedule 40 galvanized steel. To enhance visibility and corrosion resistance, it is furnished with orange polyethylene covers for vertical piping. The eyewash has a 1/2" NPT female inlet and a 1-1/4" NPT female outlet, and it includes an ANSI-compliant identification sign. The valve, bowl, and spray head assembly are factory assembled and water tested prior to shipment, with activation available through either a flag handle or foot treadle.
