Cushion Max™ anti-fatigue mats are constructed from nitrile-blended foam, engineered to withstand exposure to grease, oil, and chemicals. These mats measure 5/8 inch (0.625") in thickness and offer excellent anti-fatigue properties, thanks to their comfortable design. The diamond-pattern surface enhances durability compared to conventional ribbed surfaces, which are prone to peeling and shaving. With beveled edges, these mats provide a safe transition from the floor, and they are certified for high traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI). Designed for indoor use in commercial and industrial settings, the materials are comprised of closed-cell nitrile/PVC-blended foam. Custom sizes can be requested, available in widths of 2' (24"), 3' (36"), and 4' (48"), with lengths extending up to 45 feet, although mat sizes may vary due to material shrinkage or expansion. The mats exhibit a compression deflection of 61.7% at 20 PSI and 77.5% at 40 PSI, receive an ESD rating for anti-static properties, pass temperature testing per ASTM D-1056, and meet flammability standards outlined in DOC-FF1-70. For maintenance, mats can be scrubbed with a deck brush using a neutral pH detergent, rinsed with a hose or pressure washer, and hung to dry.
