Cushion Max™ anti-fatigue mats feature nitrile-blended foam designed to withstand grease, oil, and chemicals, offering a performance life that is typically twice as long as that of PVC foam anti-fatigue mats due to the durable nitrile rubber construction. The mats are composed of closed-cell nitrile/PVC-blended foam with a thickness of 5/8 inch (0.625"). They come in custom sizes with widths of 2' (24"), 3' (36"), and 4' (48") and can be produced in whole foot lengths up to 45'. It is important to note that mat sizes are approximate as rubber can shrink and expand with temperature and time, with a tolerable manufacturing size variance of 3-5%. The mats are designed for comfort, featuring a diamond-pattern surface that enhances durability compared to ribbed surfaces, which are prone to peeling and shaving. Safety is prioritized with beveled edges for a smooth transition from floor to mat and certification as high-traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI). The mats are also grease and oil resistant, chemical resistant, and recommended for indoor use in commercial and industrial settings. Key specifications include a compression deflection of 61.7% at 20 PSI and 77.5% at 40 PSI, an ESD rating of anti-static, compliance with ASTM D-1056 for temperature, and passing the flammability standard DOC-FF1-70. For maintenance, the mats can be scrubbed with a deck brush using a detergent with a neutral pH, rinsed with a hose or pressure washer, and should be hung to dry.
