Cushion Max™ anti-fatigue mats are constructed from a nitrile-blended foam that offers excellent resistance to grease, oil, and chemicals, significantly enhancing their durability and lifespan compared to traditional PVC foam mats. Each mat features a thickness of 5/8 inch (0.625") and a diamond-pattern surface that increases durability while minimizing the risk of peeling and shaving. The beveled edges ensure a safe transition from the floor to the mat, and the product is certified as high-traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI), making it suitable for both commercial and industrial indoor settings. The mats are made from closed-cell nitrile/PVC-blended foam and are available in custom sizes of 2' (24"), 3' (36"), and 4' (48") widths, with lengths up to 45 feet, subject to a size variance of 3-5%. Additionally, the mats have undergone rigorous testing, achieving a compression deflection of 61.7% at 20 PSI and 77.5% at 40 PSI, and they possess an anti-static ESD rating. They also comply with temperature standards per ASTM D-1056 and meet flammability requirements set by DOC-FF1-70. For maintenance, it is recommended to scrub the mats with a deck brush using a neutral pH detergent, rinse them with a hose or pressure washer, and hang them to dry.
