Cushion Max™ anti-fatigue mats are crafted from nitrile-blended foam that is specifically designed to endure exposure to grease, oil, and chemicals. These mats, which feature a comfortable thickness of 5/8 inch (0.625"), provide excellent anti-fatigue properties and are recognized for their durability thanks to a diamond-pattern surface that resists peeling and shaving, making them superior to ribbed alternatives. The mats are equipped with beveled edges to ensure a safe transition from the floor to the mat and have been certified for high-traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI). They are recommended for indoor use in commercial and industrial environments, being both grease and oil resistant as well as chemical resistant. Available in custom sizes of 2' (24"), 3' (36"), and 4' (48") widths with whole foot lengths up to 45', the mats exhibit a tolerable manufacturing size variance of 3-5% due to the natural expansion and contraction of rubber. The mats meet various standards and testing criteria, including a compression deflection of 61.7% at 20 PSI and 77.5% at 40 PSI, possess an ESD rating for anti-static properties, and pass temperature ASTM D-1056 and flammability standard DOC-FF1-70. Maintenance involves scrubbing with a neutral pH detergent and rinsing with a hose or pressure washer, followed by hanging to dry.
