Cushion Max™ anti-fatigue mats feature nitrile-blended foam designed to withstand grease, oil, and chemicals, ensuring longevity and durability. The mats are made of closed-cell nitrile/PVC-blended foam with a thickness of 5/8 inch (0.625"), providing excellent anti-fatigue properties. The diamond-pattern surface increases durability compared to ribbed surfaces, which tend to peel and shave. Safety is ensured with beveled edges that provide a safe transition from floor to mat, and the mats are certified high-traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI), making them suitable for indoor use in commercial and industrial settings. Custom sizes are available in widths of 2' (24"), 3' (36"), and 4' (48"), with whole foot lengths up to 45'; note that mat sizes are approximate due to rubber expansion and contraction. The mats have a compression deflection of 61.7% at 20 PSI and 77.5% at 40 PSI, possess an ESD rating for anti-static properties, pass temperature ASTM D-1056, and adhere to the flammability standard DOC-FF1-70. Cleaning instructions include scrubbing with a deck brush using a detergent with a neutral pH, rinsing with a hose or pressure washer, and hanging to dry.
