Cushion Max™ anti-fatigue mats are engineered with nitrile-blended foam to resist grease, oil, and chemicals, offering a longer lifespan than standard PVC foam mats due to their durable construction. The mats feature a comfortable 5/8" thickness of nitrile-blended foam that provides excellent anti-fatigue properties, while the diamond-pattern surface enhances durability, preventing peeling and shaving typical of ribbed surfaces. Safety is prioritized with beveled edges for a smooth transition from floor to mat, and the mats are certified high-traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI). Ideal for indoor use in commercial and industrial environments, they are resistant to grease, oil, and chemicals. The material consists of closed-cell nitrile/PVC-blended foam, with thickness measuring 5/8 inch (0.625"). Custom sizes are available in widths of 2' (24"), 3' (36"), and 4' (48") with whole foot lengths extending up to 45'; please note that mat sizes are approximate as rubber may shrink or expand with temperature changes, allowing for a tolerable manufacturing size variance of 3-5%. The mats demonstrate exceptional performance with a compression deflection of 61.7% at 20 PSI and 77.5% at 40 PSI. They hold an ESD rating for anti-static properties, comply with temperature standards (ASTM D-1056), and pass flammability standards (DOC-FF1-70). Cleaning instructions include scrubbing with a deck brush using a neutral pH detergent, rinsing with a hose or pressure washer, and hanging to dry.
