Cushion Max™ anti-fatigue mats are constructed from nitrile-blended foam, designed to resist grease, oil, and chemicals, providing an extended performance life compared to PVC foam mats. The mats feature a comfortable thickness of 5/8 inch (0.625"), providing excellent anti-fatigue properties, and a durable diamond-pattern surface that enhances longevity by reducing peeling and shaving. Safety is prioritized with beveled edges for a smooth transition from floor to mat, and the mats are certified for high traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI). They are recommended for indoor use in commercial and industrial environments. The material composition includes closed-cell nitrile/PVC-blended foam, and custom sizes are available in widths of 2' (24"), 3' (36"), and 4' (48"), with lengths up to 45'. However, mat sizes may vary due to rubber's natural expansion and contraction. The mats have a compression deflection rating of 61.7% at 20 PSI and 77.5% at 40 PSI, an anti-static ESD rating, and they comply with temperature ASTM D-1056 and flammability standard DOC-FF1-70. For maintenance, the mats can be scrubbed with a deck brush using a neutral pH detergent, rinsed with a hose or pressure washer, and hung to dry.
