Constructed from high-strength synthetic fibers, LockJaw® provides comparable strength to steel shackles while being significantly lighter. Unlike traditional steel shackles, which are heavy, inflexible, and pose safety hazards, LockJaw® features a flexible design that replaces both bow and D-shackles, offering enhanced adaptability and reducing the risk of damage to delicate components. The synthetic fibers are UV and abrasion-resistant, ensuring durability without the risk of rust. The integrated lock securely keeps the shackle closed during use, eliminating the common issue of lost pins associated with steel variants. Its lightweight nature increases safety and minimizes injury risk if dropped. This product is patent pending and made in the USA, suitable for applications such as rigging, cranes, and hoists.
