3M™ Polyurethane Multi-Purpose Adhesive 5010 is a one-component, fast-curing adhesive that forms a rigid permanent bond, specifically designed to bond wood to a variety of materials including foam panels, metal and steel, certain plastics, glass, and fiberglass. The adhesive features high strength and fast curing capabilities, providing a lasting bond without extended curing times. Its unique moisture-curing formulation eliminates the need for mixing, simplifying production processes, while avoiding foaming or bond line expansion. The adhesive provides a 3-5 minute open time, a 30 minute clamp time, and fully cures within 24 hours. It is also paintable. Recommended applications for this adhesive include interior and exterior wood doors, wood or plastic decorative trim and moldings for furniture and cabinets, wood furniture component assemblies, and any application requiring a strong-bonding, low-foaming adhesive.
