The regulator for MIG welders is specifically designed for heavy construction environments where sharp materials are prevalent. The gloves are made from Durahide™ boar leather and feature DuPont™ Kevlar thread, lined with ANSI A4 cut-resistant fabric for enhanced hand protection during welding tasks. The HiRoller™ fingertip design strategically repositions exposed seams, thereby improving dexterity, durability, and control. These MIG welding gloves are equipped with a pigskin leather palm that softens with use, resists moisture without stiffening, and offers superior breathability compared to other leathers. They are lighter and more dexterous than stick welding gloves, providing protection against burns from sparks and medium heat. Key features include an extended gauntlet cuff for welding slag protection, FR cotton lining for thermal protection, and a cut-resistant liner made with DuPont™ Kevlar fiber to guard against punctures and lacerations. The gloves also utilize Durahide™ boar performance leather, which remains pliable under heat exposure, and use DuPont™ Kevlar® stitching for enhanced structural integrity. Additional attributes include a glide-resistant leather side seam reinforcement to protect against surface burns, a comfortable keystone thumb design for improved control, a gunn cut glove design that minimizes seam usage in the palm for heavy material handling, and internally reinforced fingertips for crucial heat resistance and increased wear.
