We developed the regulator for MIG welders working in heavy construction where sharp materials are at work. Regulator welding gloves are crafted with Durahide™ boar leather, constructed with DuPont™ Kevlar thread, and lined with ANSI A4 cut-resistant fabric to protect working hands under the hood. Our HiRoller™ fingertip design repositions exposed seams to improve dexterity, durability, and control. These MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding gloves feature a pigskin leather palm, which softens with use, withstands moisture without becoming stiff, and offers better breathability than other leathers. The gloves provide protection against burns caused by sparks and medium heat, making them lighter and more dexterous than stick welding gloves. MIG welding is used to create clean welds on thick or thin plate metals in high-production environments, including manufacturing, automotive, railroad, metalworking, and farm applications. The gloves include an extended gauntlet cuff that protects against welding slag, an FR cotton lining for added thermal protection, a cut-resistant liner made with DuPont™ Kevlar fiber, and Durahide™ boar performance leather that does not dry out or crack with heat exposure. They feature stitching with DuPont™ Kevlar throughout for structural integrity, a HiRoller™ rollover fingertip design for improved dexterity, glide-resistant leather side seam reinforcement to protect from surface burns, a comfortable keystone thumb design for better control, and a gunn cut glove design that reduces seam usage in the palm for heavy material handling. Internally reinforced fingertips enhance heat resistance and increase wear durability. The materials used include Durahide™, Kevlar®, and cotton, with intended uses in structural welding applications.
