The Figure-8 resistance band kit features a unique design that provides increased resistance for both 1- and 2-arm exercises. It includes durable, soft PVC handles that do not deteriorate like foam, measuring 13-1/2" in length. The kit is available in five different resistance levels: extra light (orange) with a resistance range of 4 - 8 lbs, light (lime green) with 5 - 13 lbs, medium (red) with 8 - 16 lbs, heavy (light blue) with 11 - 22 lbs, and extra heavy (purple) with 13 - 27 lbs. The double-lock system ensures that the high-quality tubing remains intact during use, making it suitable for all fitness levels, from beginner to expert.
